  • International Shipping:

3. Processing Time

  • Domestic Delivery:
    Delivery within the US typically takes 7-10 business days from the shipment date.

  • International Delivery:
    International delivery times vary by destination and can range from 12-15 business days. Please note that delays can occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost or Stolen Packages:
    WNGÖS is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

  • Damaged Packages:
    If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

10. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

    If you refuse a shipment from WNGÖS, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and customs charges, and the cost of returning the package to us.
