Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Returnable Items:
    To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain products, such as sale items, custom orders, and personal care items, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Return Process

  • Initiating a Return:
    To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@wngo.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number if your return is approved.

  • Return Shipping:
    The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Processing:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.

  • Partial Refunds:
    In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when an item is returned with signs of wear or without original packaging.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanging Items:
    If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at sales@wngos.com Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will offer you a refund instead.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Delayed Refunds:
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@wngos.com.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Issues:
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@wngos.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Gifts

  • Gift Returns:
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
